Customer faces a hard decision:

After the loss of his parents, and in order that the home he grew up in not sit vacant in Texarkana, it was rented out. Even though there was a good tenant in place, it grew hard to manage the property as he now lived in Dallas, Texas and his job was a 18 wheeler truck driver.
