Customer faces a hard decision:

After the loss of his parents, and in order that the home he grew up in not sit vacant in Texarkana, it was rented out. Even though there was a good tenant in place, it grew hard to manage the property as he now lived in Dallas, Texas and his job was a 18 wheeler truck driver. Add to that the mounting repairs that come along with an older home, the difficult decision was made to sell. BUT, the seller didn't want to sell if it meant his tenant would have to be uprooted.
